     All orders are typically shipped within 5–10 business days. Custom or personalized urns may require additional time - we’ll notify you of the estimated delivery date once your order is confirmed.

Shipping rates and destinations
     We ship worldwide and work with reliable delivery partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
     We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders; however, additional costs such as import taxes and customs duties may apply and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Times
     Delivery times vary depending on your region:

       - Domestic orders usually arrive within 3-7 business days after dispatch. 

       - International orders typically arrive within 10-21 business days, depending on customs and local delivery services.
     You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your urn has shipped.

Customs & Duties (For International Orders)
     International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees. These are not included in the item or shipping cost.

Packaging & Care
     Every urn is securely packaged by hand to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition. We use recyclable and eco-friendly materials whenever possible.
