Return Policy

Orders: Urns may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your urn arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll ask for photos and a brief description, and we’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method for your peace of mind.
Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Packaging Requirements: Returned items must be carefully packaged to prevent damage. We cannot issue refunds for items damaged during return shipping.
International Orders: For international customers, please note that customs duties, import fees, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
